Big fizzy shortlasting head, slightly hazy. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple skin, fresh apples, grass, hay, yellow apples. Taste is slightly dry and fresh, apple skin, yellow apples, grass, hay, sorrel, minerals, green apples. Medium bitterness, slightly fresh and dry mouthfeel, high carbonation. Nice.

Big fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is strange sweet fruity, almost a little artificial alcopop-ish, apple winegum candy, canned fruits syrup, hints of yeast. Taste is slightly sweet artificial apples, apple skin, sorrel, hay, yeast. Mild acidity, slightly dry mouthfeel. As an alternative to the sweet artificial alcopop-ciders, this is kind of nice. Apart from that, it’s pretty boring.

Small bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is yeast, alcohol, oak, thinner, hints of dry apples. Taste is both sweet and dry at the same time, boozy, yeast, sweet apples, oak, thinner. Horrible, this is probably something anyone could make at home, without even having a clue how to do it.

Completely flat (with some bubbles) as I guess it should be. Aroma is slightly dry concentrated apples, kind of caramelly, oak, apple skin, sorrel, hints of thinner. Taste is very thin dry and grassy, almost medical harsh, oak, apple skin, grass, sorrel, dry unripe apples. Very dry wooden mouthfeel, no carbonation, still there is some kind of fizziness lingering on the tongue. Not my cup of tea.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours pale yellow, with no head an rather oliy laces. Clear aroma of apples and fruit. Dusty and bitter aroma of fermented apples. Sour and sweet taste of the same. Sourish finish. OK. Pure and agreeable.
