Sampled @ RB Danish Summer Gathering 2013 day 2, Ulfborg. Bottle. Slightly unclear yellowish color, virtually no head. Aroma and taste are apple, lychee, lightly grapepeel and vineous. Very dry texture, average body and carbonation. A bit disappointing.

Bottle. Clear pale yellow with small white head. Aroma is apples, fruit and sulfur. Flavour is apples, fruit, sulfur, medium sweet, little dry and a little tart.

0.75l bottle. Such a warm and nice day today, so in need something cold and refreshing from the fridge. It looks like a light cloudy apple juice, there is no carbonation in this, so therefor no head. Smells really nice, lots of fresh slightly acidic cider apples with a hint of both cellar, soil and dust. Really nice. The taste is just as nice. Of course it's dead flat and it has a nice oily mouthfeel it has both the tartness, the sweetness and the acidity from the apples this. Light on the dry side, grape seeds dryness with a subtle touch of spicy pepper and a little bit of a gentle warming alcohol touch in the aftertaste. Have kept the bottle over a few days now and this has developed a lot in a few days - to the better. Impressive stuff. I'll definitely be purchasing this again! Delicious! 27.07.2013

750ml bottle 2010 vintage. Clear golden body with no carbonation. Aroma of mature apples, yeast and some sulfur. Flavor is relatively sweet, but has to be considerate as dry in cider correlation. Fruity like apples of course, yeast and some cellar notes with sulfur. The sulfur is a bit annoying in the start, but somehow gives the cider a pleasant rustic style. Medium body with a decent aftertaste with the same flavors. Not fantastic but not bad either.

Bottle 750ml. clear glass, corked.Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, sugary apples, sweet apples, ice cider alike notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a long duration, apple, sugary apples, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft - fizzy and flat !! finish feel is light alcoholic. [20121110]
