Keg from The Hanging Bat. Milky golden body with a thick white head. Nice lacing. Aroma of yeast, lime, mushy apple and candle wax. Flavour of citrus, apricot yoghurt and white pepper. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Not much of a looker but it’s very juicy and flavoursome.

Cask at the Fox E8 - London. Pours deep brown with a dense, creamy beige head. The nose has some tangy cocoa, dark berries, scorched earth. Light-medium sweet flavor with oily cocoa, earthy bitterness, some tar, faint rubber, aged berries. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Somewhat sticky sweet on the finish with some gooey chocolate, more ripe berries, slight coffee. Pretty tasty on the whole.
