Poured a murky copper orange with a lacing but whispy white head. Malty aroma with just a hit of hops, aroma similar to most ESBs. Satisfying flavor, but not extraordinary. Pleasant and refreshing but hardly unique.

Bottle. Bronze beer with a nice off-white head. Toffee/malt aroma with some grass. Nice malt/caramel flavor with earthy/citrus/grassy hops. Good balance. Medium bodied. Easy drinking. Lingering balanced flavor that lasts.

Bottle at Kookfest 2006. Very pale gold, no head. Quite appley aroma. Very apple juicy. It’s an alright apple juice sharp drink. Finish is sharp and dry. White cider colour, too carbonated. Not a great cider.

Bottle, drank at a friends but this is easily available in Sainsburys and other well known supermarket retailers. Copper coloured with a fruity and malty aroma, some caramel and nuttiness in the taste, bitterness is there but more subdued than some of the other Wychwood beers, overvall a nice beer.

Sample at AleFest Dayton: This beer is a pale clear amber color with a medium off-white head with decent retention. Thin, spotty lacing. Bready malt aroma. Medium-bodied with earthy, slightly stale malt flavor, along with some caramel. The finish is malty and metallic, with a sweet aftertaste. Not very enjoyable.

Picked up from Waitrose, Thame in a 4 pack. I am assuming that this is the same beer it was 5% as I recall and poured light brown, I hate beer in cans but being at a Festival (Toweresey nr Thame) convienience are sometime sone of the overiding factors. Fairly bland, lack of malt and hops, pity I had another four to drink really.

Bright copper colour with cream head and light carbonation. Little aroma, but a hint of hops. Taste starts sweet, but ends with a strong bitter zing.
