Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with a white head. Thick, greasy hoppy aroma - bordering herbal. Rich body, sweet malts, slightly caramellish with a solid dose of hops leaving a very bitter finish. Hops are a bit rough and unrefined. 090914

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear reddish brown with a small, off-white head. Sweet chocolate aroma, but also a somewhat unclean manure note. Medium body, heavy roast with an underlying sweetness. Not bad. 090914

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Malty nose, hops don’t really come through. Sweet, malty body. Rather bitter finish but with no apparent aromatic qualities. A little rough and unrefined around the edges. 090914

Bottle 33 cl. Pours an almost clear pale yellow with a white head. Lovely fruity nose, a little citrus zest. Medium body, a little heavy on the carbonation. Some very rough phenols here are spoiling a lot of the fun. Pity. Subtle hops in the finish. 090914

Bottle. Pale gold with a large white head. High bead. Aroma of hay, oranges, wheat, finger lime (ie lime, lemon blossoms, dried mint and oregano). Sweet with hay, a little tanginess that’s at first more wheat beer than funky, finger limes. Dry and fairly bitter at the end with herbal and citrus lingering. The finish makes it for me - properly dry, allowing the tartness to mingle with the bitterness and floral citrus tones. And surprisingly, the finger limes work well - I wouldn’t have thought there was anything different to them apart from popping the vesicles (learn something every day).

Pours gold with a large fading white head.Nose shows heavy lime and saison notes, that pretty much sums it up. Summery.Similar flavours, but with a corn note prevalent throughout. Again, lots of lime.Nice high carbonation.
