Bottle at the Poseidon restaurant, Miami Beach. Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of cereal, light tropical fruits, touch of chocolate. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Medium body, light creamy texture. Quite a decent lager this.

Clear pale golden colour, good frothy white head, slowly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, grain, sweet corn, light grass. Taste light to medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, light grassy. Sweetbitter aftertaste, slightly more bitter, medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, quite okay.

Tap @ beertime, Athens. Hazy pale golden colour, small frothy off-white head, good retention and lacing. Sourish aroma, light citrus, grain, grass. Taste sweet and bitter, grainy, grassy, perhaps a bit infected, light fruity sweetbitter finish, fresh beer, quite nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Lior D. Clear yellow with a white head. Bad aroma of skunky hops and butter. Sweetish flavor with some diacetyl, a light sourish hint, and bitterish skunky hops. Light-bodied. Pretty bad.

1L PET Bottle from Kaba, just outside Ermoupolis city center. As ZEOS Black (unpasteurized). Dark amber-brown colour, light-beige head. Aroma of toast, nuts, burnt caramel, hint of cocoa, hint of coffee. Flavour is likewise, with a nasty grainy finish. Light bodied. Almost identical to its pasteurised sibling.

50cl Bottle from Kava liquor store, just outside Ermoupolis city center. Clear amber-brown colour, off-white head. Aroma of toast, some burnt caramel, pecan nuts, maple syrup, hint of liquorice and roast. Flavour is medium sweet, toast, roast, nuts, some caramel, some artificial sweetness, light bitter finish. Light bodied. OK - ish.

330ml BLUE bottle into lager glass. Clear golden amber beer, fine active bubbles, foamy two finger white head. Strong nose of brown bread and peppery hops. Sweet taste, medium body. Finish is grainy and bitter with a very late touch of sweetness. More complex than I expected it to be.
