(Cask at GBBF, London, 4 Aug) Colour is golden yellow with green tinges, almost no head. Nose is fruity with lemon and lime. Taste is fruity with notes of lemon and a balanced finish with notes of grassy hops. Well made and refreshing, but a bit on the thin side and not really exciting.

A hazy orange beer with a pinkish shine underneath a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of cowberries as well as spices - amonst them cinnamon. The flavor is sweet and very spicy, but the cowberries also makes an impression, leading to an OK dry end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, almost pinkish orange with a white head. Lightly tart nose - citrusy. Light and somewhat watery body with fresh and fruity notes - citrus and peach. Quite interesting. 240706

Cask gravity Reading BF 06. Black beer with disappearing beige head. Bit of a thin porter, I certainly didn’t get any port out of it. Some nice tarryness, just not very much else

A pitch black beer with a thin light brown head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of roasted malt and chocolate. The flavor is slightly acidic with light notes of chocolate, and a dry end. I like the aroma, but the flavor lacks power and sweetness.

(Bottle 50 cl) A black beer with a tint of red and basically no head. Vague aroma of burned malt. Quite flat and watery with accents of roasted malt and a vague acidity. Not really a good experience. 160206

An orange beer with sediment floating around and a thin off-white head. THe aroma is spicy with ginger coming strongly thru, while the flavor is dusty from the hops, combined with strong notes of ginger.
