Reviewed from notes. Thanks Tom.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a soft light yellow color with a fair transparency about it. Some carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace. Flimsy white head quickly died off. Not much lace.
The aroma had some sweet freshly cut grassy notes, light lemon, some sweet corn.
The flavor was sweet through the previously mentioned aromas to arrange as I expected in the aftertaste and finish.
The feel was light bodied with a great crushability about it. ABV felt as projected.
Overall, I didn’t expect much but was grateful from my trading buddy to try a brewery I haven’t had something from in what seemed a damn long time.

Pours dark brown with a beige head that soon fades to wispy lacing. Hints of dank torf, caramel and chocolate in an aroma that altogether was rather on the weak side. In fairness, the slightly too cold serving temperature may have dulled the olfactory delights.Taste is characterized by roasted notes, light caramel and chocolate, and the flat, bitter notes from the pils malt, but yet still not a lot of depth. Body stays rather light with moderate carbonation. Not bad, but it feels literally like a mix of two brews.
