12.4% ABV, skewed refractomer reading 27°B
Dark amber and ruby color. Smells immediately of syrupy strawberries. Sweet and very syrupy, but with a good degree of acidity; the strawberry syrup flavor is very strong, and the alcohol is comforting.
Very nice idea, excellent product.

375mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a tiny off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of strawberries, caramel apples and some treacle. Flavour is very sweet, with loads of sweet strawberries and apples in perfect harmony, some gentle acidity, and a little caramel. High residual sweetness, but never cloying. Unusual ice cider, but very delicious.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with no head. Nose is very spicy and apple-y, with cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg and who knows what else, along with caramelized apples. Flavour is very spicy and only lightly sweet for a mead, with dry caramel apples, coriander, nutmeg and a little cinnamon, and some honey. Wouldn't think this would be good on paper, but all the different elements blend wonderfully. Really nice.

2012 vintage. 750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with a few bubbles of white head. Aroma brings out medium-dry apples, a touch of residual sweetness, and some sweaty notes. Flavour is quite dry, with musty dry apples, some earthy notes, and some light funk. Wonderful mouthfeel that is very dry, but not puckering. Very good stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a clear dull blonde with a few bubbles of head. Aroma is super complex, with loads of honey, treacle notes and some booze - really elegant and lovely on the nose. Flavour is complex as hell, with loads of treacle and honey. The depth and complexity is astounding here. The booze is present, but very acceptable. Elegant and complex. Simply phenomenal.

Pale blond color. The aroma is flowery and alcoholic, warming. Mellow, sweet; I get similar feeling as in limetree German meads (linden). Balanced and harmonious. It does a good job hiding the alcohol.
Straight. Delicious.

Dark amber color, bright, thick. Strong nose of caramelized pineapple. Thick mouthfeel, a bit too syrupy; the flavor brings a lot of stewed apples, prunes, raisins, concentrated pineapple; correct acidity, but less than other Ice Ciders from Quebec. The alcohol is well hidden.
Excellent.
