Can courtesy of Kostas, Kykao brewery and consumed at home, shared with Jonas and Ursula Friday 16th May 2025. Very nice, very summery. Light sourness, funky and super easy drinking, cannot quite believe that it's 10%. Great beer, Kykao do this spontaneous fermented beer brilliantly.

Bottle from our local, Gasthof zum Sonnewald Schöfweg and shared with Jonas and Ursula Friday 16th May 2025. Pours reddish brown with a mid sized off white head. Nice soft mouthfeel, a little bit sweet, wet woodiness, in fact quite a woody beer. A little bit of caramel, a bit of brown sugar, alcohol quite well hidden, nice.

Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula, cheers guys! Shared the beer with Jonas and Ursula at home Friday 16th May 2025. Pours cloudy lemonade colour with very little head. Zappy and quite tart, refreshing, the basil is pleasantly subtle in the mouth and aroma. Very nice, very summery.

Can picked up from Bierkiste, München. Had this at home Thursday 15th May 2025 after a hard day of finishing the patio area, hurrah! Listening to New Music Fix on 6Music Tired of sweet, fruity haze bombs? Despite the description this isn't quite crystal-clear, but there's only a slight haze. Nice bitterness, some tropical fruit and a hint of resinous touches. Fresh, dry, bitter, nice hoppiness throughout. Very nice.

Bottle picked up from a local Getrankemarkt and consumed at home Monday 12th May after further patio laying. Pours hazy caramel colour with a large off white head, the usual non-alcoholic taint is there but slightly different, a little wheatiness but really not much to write home about with this one.

Bottle picked up from Siren brewery Nov/Dec 2024 and consumed at home, sat outside with the brazier roaring away, Saturday 10th May 2025 after another hard day of patio/terrace building. Pours dark brown with a light tan head, however this is partly a best guess re: appearance as it's very dark out here now. There is a touch of red wine and perhaps sherry on the nose, also Brett. In the mouth a lovely tart and tanginess, super drinkable. I haven't a clue what the style is because haven't bothered reading up on it, but I love it. Fruity, light chocolate, sourness, Brett, great beer.
