On tap at L'Ermitage, Saint-Gilles Brussels, Thursday 5th June 2025, after journey from Nürnberg this morning via ICE. Pours straw colour with hardly any head, grrrrr... this area is fucking infuriating for mobile reception and many places don't have WiFi, so this is another beer that I lost my rating and had to start again. Can't be arsed now so angry, but it's pretty good.

Good fruity bite, not necessarily picking up the blood orange but then apart from the Beavertown blood orange beer I haven't had many of this type. Good 👍🏼

On tap at Mazette brewpub Brussels Thursday 5th June 2025, after journey from Nürnberg this morning via ICE. Pours warm gold with a mid sized creamy textured white head, soft mouthfeel, nice. Warmth from the abv.I'm sorry this review is short but the mobile reception here is truly shocking and I'm writing, losing everything and having to do it again grrrr..

Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg on the way back home after Maifield Derby Music Festival on Monday, had this at our apartment/hotel in Nürnberg, Wednesday 4th June 2025 en route to the UK after a day of mowing lawns and other gardening duties. We're staying in Nürnberg tonight. Drinking from the bottle again so can only apply an average score to appearance. A little grassy hop on the nose but otherwise very little else. Light maltiness, some sweetness, a little cereal and bread, yeah it's ok but not a patch on the earlier train beer.

Train beer, picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg on the way back home after Maifield Derby Music Festival on Monday, had this on the ICE train from Plattling to Nürnberg, Wednesday 4th June 2025 en route to the UK after a day of mowing lawns and other gardening duties. We're staying in Nürnberg tonight. Drinking from the bottle do can only apply an average score to appearance. Nice bitterness, in fact quite impressive on this front, dry finish, hoppy. Soft mouthfeel, really soft, wow this really has a bitter bite and dry finish. Lovely.

Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg on the way back home after Maifield Derby Music Festival yesterday. Had this Tuesday 3rd June 2025. Pours hazy gold with a large white head that swiftly departed. Soft mouthfeel, taste is quite rich, malty with a biscuit touch, light hoppiness, pleasant bittersweet edge. Good but not amazing.

Bottle picked up from Sedats Schlüggla Getrankemarkt, Schwaig bei Nürnberg on the way back home after Maifield Derby Music Festival, Monday 2nd June 2025. Sweet and malty with cereal flavours and honey noted on the nose and in the mouth. Light bitterness, but this is very subtle, sweetness again floods through, pleasant drinks easy and whilst absolutely fine a bit forgettable.
