Bottle courtesy of Jonas and Ursula. Had this Friday 13th February at the Manglham 2nd Winter Tasting listening to Natural Magic - II . Jonas is cooking Pasta Carbonara. Pours hazy mid amber with a mid/large white head, fresh and spritzy nose, super tasty hefeweißbiee, ticks all the boxes, nice mouthfeel, a little light banana and wheatiness throughout, lasting fruity wheaty tang. Score 7.6

Can courtesy of Kostas, Kykao brewery, cheers Kostas. Had this Friday 13th February at the Manglham 2nd Winter Tasting listening to Natural Magic - II . Jonas is cooking Pasta Carbonara. Pours hazy yellow gold with a large white head, hints of pineapple on a tropical leaning nose. It's a very good hazy, nice softness in the mouth, juicy with the tropical fruit coming through. It's a good start to this tasting from a solid Greek brewery, Strange Brew are v.good. Score 7.8

Can picked up from Fristo Getrankemarkt Freising and consumed on Tuesday 10th February 2026 listening to ByteFM and making a vegetable bake. Pours hazy, murky brown with an off white filmy head. There's a little tiny bit of bitterness and a frumpy sweet almost cola like flavour to this, there's something else but I am struggling to describe it. It's not bad but it's just seeming to sit in a middle ground between a soft cola type drink and a very low abv sweet porter, surprisingly hoppy at the end. Score 5.9

Bottle picked up from Äpfel Getrankemarkt Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 8th February 2026 listening to a Belgian band called Slow Crush (shoegaze). We've got Pork Fillet Stuffed with Feta, Sun-dried Tomatoes, Spinach etc. Pours clear brown with a ruby hue, it's not so dark, looks great. Light sweetness, malty, a bit chewy, simple, nice soft mouthfeel, there is a little caramel edginess. Fine without ever being that exciting. Score 6.5
