Cask at House of Hop, Darlington. Gluten Free. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, citrus. Taste is malty, grainy, biscuit, fruit, tangy, with citric hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying hoppy bitter finish. Quite drinkable

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Hazed orange colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of ripe apple, stone fruit, loamy funk. Taste is tangy, tart, fruity apple, peach notes, with leathery funk, smokey hints and bittersweet tannins.Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

500ml bottle from Co-Op, Mowden. Sparkling, golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, ripe fruit, pulpy, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, fruity apple, with a candied note, some tartness, alittle oak and soft tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass, for #rgpm. Slightly hazed pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of perry pear, flowery, citric, barnyard funk. Taste is floral, perry pear, tart, tangy, slick, alittle funk, with elderflower and citrusy acidity. Medium bodied, light soft carbonation, drying blossomy citric peary finish. Nicely drinkable.

1.5L bottle from local shop. Sparkling pale gold colour, short-lived fizzy white bubbly head and aroma of pear, sulphur hint. Taste is sweet, pear, tangy, sugar, with alittle citric tartness. Slightly oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, high carbonation, medium sweet & drying peary finish. Actually OK, and very cheap for 1.5L!

750ml wired cork bottle from Aeble. Opened with a pop. Golden colour, short-lived big foamy head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of quince, floral, citrus. Taste is tart, tangy, quincey, fleshy, flowery, with notes of ripe apple, white wine, and some zingy acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.
