750ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Clear golden colour, thin bubbly white rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk hint. Taste is tangy, tart, appley, fleshy fruity, with drying tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Artistraw. Slightly hazed orangey gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, spice, earth, funk.Taste is sweet appley, fruity, wood, vanilla, funky, with some tartness and earthy tannins. Medium bodied, soft light carbonation, medium tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a pop. Deep golden colour, foamy white head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of ripe apple, fleshy fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, tart, appley, floral, alittle honey, vanilla note, and funky hints along with drying loamy tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry earthy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
