A marriage made in North Yorkshire for this anticipated ale as new Theakston brews are rare. There's lots of traditional aspects here, combined with some tropical fruit emitting hops and the results is an excellent fusion of old and new with Roosters. Tropical notes are strong in aftertaste.

Roosters beer at the brewery located at Hornbeam park, stirring up memories of Hornbeam Brewery - the two are unrelated though. Clear golden, attractively carbonated lager brewed inches away from me. It's pretty sweet, moreso than expected from this hell styled brew, leaving some bubble gum flavours to traverse.

Witnessed the demolition of the Harrogate Premier Inn annexe before drinking this one. I demolished this hazy golden in my own way, slowly given its heavy body, although its pseudo Belgian style deep fruity notes do mask its true strength to a fair extent. Tropical notes in this respect are best in aroma.

A long-term town centre concern from Taylor, however it's been reimagined as a dual pub and Asian street-food restaurant from the West Yorkshire brewer. On the main road heading downhill from the railway station, it has a purpose-built covered outdoor terrace area which gets the sun. For less warm months it's comfortable on the inside, with a bar area immediately upon you after enter - it's against the back-wall here, however there's no seats, just ordering, which includes mostly cask options from Timothy Taylor, some of their keg too. I didn''t try the food.

Decided to delay my train by half an hour for this extra tick at the station tap.. Extremely dark-brown, looks black taste is all chocolate, except there's zero sweetness here. Stated in one aspect of chocolate, understated in another. Despite this I am favourable to it, its aftertaste provides a very healthy chocolate blast, aroma follows, and this makes it very flavoursome. Aroma strong before the aforementioned too. It was a good choice to delay.

235 is this Faithless brew number, it's also the country code for Chad. Pale yellow-gold coloured with dirty pine evident in both aroma and taste, but not undrinkable, it's just its character. Quite a sessionable texture it has too.

Jim Broadbent won his only Academy Award for the film 'Iris'. This 'Iris' beer won't win awards but as a hazy IPA it has good depth and tropical notes notable within a fair strength brew. It's a good portfolio beer in this respect. Paler golden coloured with hints of pine.

First time drinking on the Leeds Station Wetherspoon outdoor terrace with this dark reddish-brown cask pull. Dark malty in the main with a hint a spice and liquorice evident too.

Looks like a sunburnt Bagpuss in colour being a reddish-pink coloured cloudy lemonade. The lemon is evident, a bit sugared with hints of grapefruit. All quite easy,, but easy over appealing in this case.
