Olut Profile - Brewver

Time Capsule beer with today's events as I drink this pale golden cider including the UK taking steps to reduce immigration, White settlers from South Africa arrive in the US, and China and the USA de-escalate their trade tariff war. Very healthy taste for a low alcohol cider, almost the real thing in depth and flavour.

Cask pour found at Jubilee at the start of a full day of pubbing on a Saturday in Norwich and its fine Cathedral. Deeper golden with a bubbly head. Strong hoppy brew, with its aroma verging on boozy.

Tap pour at the Duke Of Wellington, Norwich. It certainly wasn't plain sailing for the Duke of Wellington in some battles. Very slightly hazed golden with a head and carbonation. Has a sessionable apricot-peachiness in both aroma and taste.

Deadication beer to Johan Snellman, Finnish philosopher and promoter of the Finnish identity, born on this day and celebrated today in the country too. West Coast style beer, golden no head, carbonation evident, hoppy, tropical fruity, steady not stated.

It was actually a cancelled 3 before 10 train that facilitated this beer at Victoria Tap in the station last night whilst I waited for the next one home - after a wonderful day of weather in Manchester. Clear golden session ale, mild hoppiness to an easy drinking texture. Decent head. Never going to rate highly but a steady choice.
