Kinda funky and worty and rough around the edges but still pretty darn tasty. Caramel and wet malt mix with orange, stone fruit, and a slight tropical note. Copious pine on the back end and a pleasant bitterness in the finish. Nice pint.

Unexpectedly solid IPA from Shiner, with strong notes kf grapefruit and orange and stone fruit, underlined by mango and a touch of melon. Moderate pine-mineral bitterness on the back end. Not bad.

Helluva pedigree, but seems to fall a little short of greatness. Notes of papaya, grapefruit, white grape, and a touch of melon, followed by a slight mineral bitterness but not a whole lot else on the back end. Easy-drinking, but could use a little more West coast.

Kinda meh, with mild notes of caramel and banana and toast followed by a gentle bitterness. Doesn’t look great, light texture, modest nose. Great can, though.

Deep, rich dark chocolate notes mixed with bubblegum, vanilla, molasses, raisin, and caramel. The bubblegum seems a little weird, and the texture could use a more body. Still pretty good.

Pretty good WCIPA, with notes of cracker malt, pine, tropical fruit, candied orange peel, and grapefruit, but also has the telltale Hop Butcher overhopped vegetal notes I could do without. Wish this was a solo Burial pint.
