(Bottle) Black colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of prunes, red berries, cherries, dark bread, chocolate, liquorice, oak wood and a touch of vinegar. Malty, fruity, tart taste with prunes, cranberries, cherries, dark bread, orange, chocolate, liquorice, oak wood, vinegar and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tart, fruity, chocolatey, complex. Very nice.

(Draft at Oliver Twist, Stockholm, 20 April 2025) Pale amber colour with foamy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with citrus, orange peel, crisp-bread and a touch of resin. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of orange peel, marmalade, resin, pine needles, crisp-bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Refreshing and well balanced. Nice one.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 April 2025) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel and apricots. Fruity, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, resin, apricots, white bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and juicy. Very nice.

Fruity, vinous taste with peaches, apricots, white bread, orange, strawberries and a mild herbal bitterness. Full body, quite sweet. Fruity, a bit boozy and slitghtly yeasty. Very nice.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 19 April 2025) Hazy golden amber colour with brief head. Fruity nose with rhubarb, citrus, vanilla, tonka beans and cinnamon. Fruity, tart taste with notes of rhubarb, citrus, tonka, vanilla, apricots and cinnamon. Low bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Interesting, and actually quite tasty. Very nice.

Fruity, tart taste with notes of yellow apples, wood, orange, honey, marzipan, hay and a slightly yeasty and tart finish. Medium body, dry. Tart, yeasty and tasty. Nice one.

Malty, roasted taste with espresso, dark chocolate, cacao, vanilla, coocnut and a balanced roasty bitterness in a slightly boozy finish. Full body, quite sweet. On the sweet side, but really rich and tasty. Very nice.

Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grass, citrus, herbal hops and a balanced grassy/herbal bitterness. Medium body, dry. Refreshing and well balanced. Nice one.

Malty, roasted taste with dark bread, liquorice, cacao, coffee and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and harmonious schwarzbier. Very nice.
