From tap at Constellation, Budapest, 21.09.25. Translucent pale straw colour. Some white head. Excellently complex aroma and taste of wild apples, spontaneous fermentation, apple peel, acidity and sour redcurrants. Good!

From tap at Constellation, Budapest, 21.09.25. Hazy red. White head. Excellently complex aroma and taste of brett ams different kinds of plums. Acidity is lingering on. Superb!

Visited 20.09.25. A very local cellar bar. 6 beers on tap being – most from Primator. I had a Lezak 11° which tasted slightly off. A few local people here watching football.

Visited their Aquincum Óbuda branch 19.09.25. An enormous supermarket with everything from electronics to groceries. Two aisles of beers. Most is industrial stuff from the main beer producing countries in Europe, but there are also two shelves with Hungarian craft beer. Horizont, First, Monyo, Fehé Nyúl and so on.

Visited 19.09.25. 24 well-selected beers on tap, mostly from Hungarian micros. Very attentive English speaking service. Indoor seating and outdoor seating shielded from the main road by bushes and trees. They also had a burger menu. And the chips that came with my burger were superb. It seems to be a popular place with locals. I didn’t notice any other tourists at my visit. Close to the Móricz Zsigmond körtér Metro station, with the M4 Metro as well as trams. Recommended!

Visited 19.09.25. An extraordinarily expensive restaurant with the only beer on tap being Dreher. I paid around 38 Euros for a sundae, an Americano and sparkling water. Very professional service ad a nice location.
They might have had their own beer 15 or 10 years ago, but it is no longer a beer destination by any means.
