Hazy amber, bubbly head. Tart, dry, a bit gamey…like ok it’s been sittingy around. a bit vinous. Decent. In this case, I don’t get a ton of honey, just an unblended lambic experience.

Medium brown, sorta sludgey looking. Boozy, some nutty notes. Mostly a mess, some chocolate but it is a bunch of random stuff going on that never really comes together.
