Pours a dark brown colour, almost black, with ruby highlights, a nice frothy, mocha-coloured head, average stay and light lace. Coffee in the nose over the roasted malts and hints of vanilla, softening things. The vanilla shows a little more in the flavours, blending a light sweetness, over the bitter coffee. Quite smooth in the mouth, with a silkiness, almost creamy - but not overly thick. Quite a nicely brewed coffee stout with just enough vanilla to soften the edges. Going down very well, for such a warm summer day :P

Clean, mid-golden colour with a white frothy cap, average stay and some mild lace. Aromas are a nice blend of Pils-spicy malts, and West Coast grassy hoppiness. Hints of stone fruits do come out eventually. A little light-bodied, but still has stickiness and mild dryness. Light flavours mixing the fruitiness of mangoes and more, with lighter spicy malts, IPA hops. A refreshing, easy-drinking balanced spicy-Pilsner and West Coast IPA. Just wish this one did not have the stone fruits fighting with the two others.

A very slight haze, golden colour with an amber hue, a white cap and some soapy lacing. The balance of fruity-spicy aromas with the juniper, ginger, lemon and habanero is quite nice in the nose. A wet mouthfeel with that building heat in the finish, blending with the mild dryness. Again, nicely done in the flavours with the juniper-citrus notes, and on the other side, spicy ginger-habanero. Quite an interesting spicy Gose with good fruitiness-sourness to balance things, but end up quite heated on the tongue.

Lightly unfiltered, light golden-yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and thick, foamy lacing. A nice spiced nose with a light herbal touch, and hints of fruitiness. A light-bodied beer with a wet mouthfeel. Some mineral notes in the taste with a bit of citrus and grassiness. A good, crushable Session IPA that is overall not too light all-around, and offers some kind of kick.

Clean (light haze in the end), lighter golden colour with nice, lively carbonation, a white frothy cap, decent stay and some foamy lacing. Mild piney aromas with a base of caramel-cereal malts. A slick mouthfeel with some decent drying finish - not overly strong. A tad on the lighter side, but still has bite. Mild hoppy taste with grassiness, nice maltiness and resinous notes. An easy-drinking, refreshing West Coast Pale Ale that does what it needs to do.

Mid-hazed, golden colour with an orange highlight, a big creamyish white head, good retention and creamy lacing streaks. Mild fruitiness in the nose with stone fruits, some berries, a touch of herbs, yeast and oats. A wet mouthfeel with a good, slow building dryness. Maybe a tad more yeast in the flavours, but not to be annoying. Citrus notes, hints of tropical fruits and light grassiness, blending well with the zestiness. Feels a little more like a NEPA, than a NEIPA, with its lightness overall, but still a decent drink.

Hazy, golden-orange colour with a creamy-frothy, warm-white head, pretty good retention and thicker foamy lacing. Super fruity aromas with tropical-stone fruits, some orange juice, mild vanilla notes and hints of grassy hops. A juicy mouthfeel, kind of slick, creamy, with some nice building dryness. The citrus touch comes out more in the taste, over the other fruitiness. Some good blended bitterness and zestiness lingers. A very easy-drinking, Triple NEIPA with well-hidden alcohol, just enough zesty-bitter hook, and a nose that does not match the flavours as much... but that is all fine.

Enjoyed at the brewpub, Easter Saturday 2026. Poured a clean, golden colour with a creamyish white cap and nice lacing. Funky aromas with sourness, lemony notes and a touch of cider vinegar. A wet mouthfeel, somewhat crisp, with a soft dryness, mild tart and tannins in the end. Flavours are a nice blend of what's in the nose. Lemony sourness with some vinegar. A tad dandelion left on the tongue. Quite a nice, refreshing Saison that is all-around well-balanced.
