Can to tulip.
Appearance: thick orange haziness with a quarter finger of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peach, grapefruit, dark berries, melon and piney hops, light clean malts
Flavor: tries to take the prior noted aromas to blend but seems to fall slightly short as being fully cohesive in any sense of bittersweet to sweet sort of qualities - it just seems all over the place then becomes somewhat hard to discern the finish other than it's somewhat dry and kinda peachy-ish sweet
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under; leans to being a sipper; some smoothness, nice low carb and low hop bitterness assertiveness
Overall: great appearance, aromas and textures but get that flavor cohesive and then I'll give this a shot again.

Can to mug.
Appearance: pale yellow color with a stifled semi-cloudiness to it and a three finger white frothy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: peppery/spicy to herbal sweet hop tones; light honey with clean malts, wet grains/sweet hay
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine spicy to sweet blend flanked by a little bit of sweet yeasty doughy-ness; finishes semi-dry with a hop spicy tone
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness with nothing distracting anywhere; great carb level
Overall: a well brewed Czech pilsener very worthy of returning to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown color with a finger's worth of eggshell white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: cocoa powder, dark fruits, subtle coffee roast, mellow sweet earthiness; tree bark/woody sweetness, very clean malts and a slight dose of toasted nuts
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a mild sweet earthy/woody vibe to semi-dry toned roasty sweetness; finishes earthy to cocoa powdery sweet with a pinch of dryness
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; awesome amount of smoothness with nothing distracting that smoothness, good carb level
Overall: what a beer! I would definitely return to this one

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: golden copper color with some transparency and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely and left some light messy lace
Aroma: soft clean campfire sweet smoke, subtle ham but seems to get fainter with more sips; slight honey then some floral tones
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas but leaves out that ham note to a sweet smoky to floral sweet quality; finishes campfire smoky sweet
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; great amount of smoothness and rolls greatly along the tongue
Overall: very nicely smoked beer very worthy of returning to.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark red in color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which tapered off at a nice pace to leave some sliding lace
Aroma: floral to earthy hops, malty bready tones, sly sweet funk with a light hay/straw note, light spicy/woody character; some meadow/field notes and a little bit of wet basement
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a mild funky to earthy and basement-y musty sweet quality; finishes malty, semi-funky with substantial hay/straw sweetness
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; good smoothness with some light nicking of the woody spice on the tongue but nothing offensive, good carb level
Overall: I say a nicely done Biere de Mars from Four Quarters!

Can to English pint glass
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a three finger khaki foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light messy lace
Aroma: milk chocolate, dark chocolate, coffee roastiness, sweet coffee, light notes of sweet wafery malts
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas to a fine sweet to roasty quality with a light bittering tone underneath; finishes sweet coffee-ish with some milk chocolate
Texture: medium bodied, semi-sessionable, nice smoothness with a touch of creaminess in there and then nothing distracting
Overall: a very nicely done milk/sweet stout that seems way better balanced than many ones of the same style.
