MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, hay, sweet, caramel, honey, some orange peel, gentle acidity, a bit oxidized. Aftertaste: caramel, honey, sweet touch, gentle bitterness, a bit spicy, some coriander, hay,a little grassy, some banana, not too bad!
Clear dark brown to black beer, creamy dense beige head, stable, a little adhesive. Aroma: yeasty, ripe banana, good roast, some chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: nice, good dark roast, alcohol, yeasty, some alcohol, lots of dark chocolate, bitter, touch of banana, yeasty. Aftertaste: more chocolate, malty, a little bitter, sweet, quite some alcohol, a little metallic, caramel, some mocha, pleasant stout!

Pretty cloudy pale yellow beer, small irregular white head, a little stable, somewhat adhesive. Aroma: lots of oranges, tangerines and mandarines. Very juicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good bitterness, lots of citrus, grapefruit, a little dank, somewhat grassy, juicy. Aftertaste: more citrus, zesty, dank hops, grapefruit, oranges, bitter, a little dry.

Clear pale light yellow to peach coloured beer, small irregular white head, a little stable, somewhat adhesive. Aroma: oh my, that’s a lot of smoky all right! Beech wood smoke, sweet touch, a bit malty, hay, cow fodder, camp fire. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: a bit watery, gentle smoke flavour, soft acidity, a bitter touch, some citrus notes, nice. Aftertaste: smoky, a bit sourish, metallic touch, bitter finish. Pleasant beer!
Clear amber red beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, a little adhesive. Aroma: somewhat malty, caramel, lots of cold coffee, hay, cow fodder, hint of vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, sweet caramel malts up front, grains, sugary, some ripe banana, a bit metallic, sugary, nice. Aftertaste: some coffee, vanilla, lots of caramel, sugary, gentle bitterness, lovely beer! And I don’t even like coffee (beers)!
