Clear dark brown to black beer, small creamy beige to brown head, pretty stable, a little adhesive. Aroma: lots of maple syrup, toasted pecans, caramel, some vanilla, oxidized, earthy, tobacco, leathery, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sugary start, very sweet, dried fruits, caramel, vanilla, maple syrup, a bit oxidized, earthy, lots of alcohol. Aftertaste: bitter, roasted, coffee, maple syrup, sugary, vanilla.

Cloudy yellow beer, small creamy white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, very fruity, sweet impression, vanilla, minty, lots of citrus, candy, weird. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, lots of citrus, pretty bitter, hay, grains, a little fruity, oranges and orange peel. Aftertaste: bitter, dry, spicy, fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, nice, pleasant, almost sweet finish, good beer, I really like it!

Aftertaste: bitter, dry, spicy, fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, nice, pleasant, almost sweet finish, good beer, I really like it!

Pretty cloudy purple to purple brown beer, big creamy off-white head, pretty stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: all blueberries all right! Some red cabbage and beetroot, very earthy. MF: all slush and fruit puree, that is not a pleasant beer texture. Taste: lots of blueberries, beetroot, salmiac liquorice, salty, weird. Aftertaste: more fruity, but weird with the salmiac liquorice. And I do not like that very much, but the beer isn’t too bad, and original. Hate the texture though.

Clear dark brown to black beer, practically no head. Aroma: very roasted, lots of coffee, maple syrup, a bit sugary impression, oxidized, more maple syrup, toasted pecan nuts. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sugary, lots of maple syrup, roasted pecans, caramel, a little bitter, sweet, caramel. Aftertaste: sugary, alcohol, maple syrup, sweet, oxidized, earthy, some vanilla, nice stuff!

Clear dark brown to black beer, aery beige to brown beer, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: oxidized, roasted, caramel, malty, grains, hay, smoky touch, good! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, very dry, a bit oxidized, roasted, bitter, spicy. Aftertaste: weird, spicy, bitter, dry, roasted, oxidized, some orange peel (that’s the Triple Sec, I guess), way too much alcohol, not a big fan.

MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity start, nice bitterness, citrus, hoppy, grassy. Aftertaste: dry, citrus notes, grassy, nice one! Not sweet at all.

MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit watery, hoppy, resinous, dry, good bitterness, floral touch. Aftertaste: watery, a bit soapy, hoppy, grassy, marijuana.

Clear light orange to pale gold beer, no head. Aroma: very acidic impression, chemical touch, rather unpleasant funkiness, a hint of diacetyl, fruity impression, some orange peel, herbal touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, acidic, vinegar, lemon juice, fruity, white grapes, actually pretty nice, tastes better than it smells. Aftertaste: more acidic, fruity, earthy, lemon juice, some vinegar. Decent sour!
