Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Thick, lacey ringed cream-coloured head over cola-coloured to black beer. Chocolate, cardboard, cold omelette, just a whiff of horseblanket. Chocolate, again the wet carboard, wet and crushed grains. Old cloth. Quite light body, bit slick, low carbonation. Not a usual stout, and the nose indeed seems to point towards the Secretum yeast. Draught Thick, almost cream head over amber-golden beer, fully hazy. Clove, wheat, green leaves, if not very aromatic. Soft clove & banana in the taste, if rather sweet. Oranges. Very wheatslick, oily feel, good carbonation. Mild, decent Weizen! Txs to Martin!

Draught Huge, just off-white head over amberish golden beer. Coffee, white chocolated, very interesting. Café Noir cookies. Coffee & chocolate returning, with cookie & chocolate malts. Light to medium bodied, not very carbonated despite its huge head. Very original, really. OK, stout can be blond. Txs to Bobo!

The brewpub/restaurant, associated with the state of the art brewery and the centuries old pub, in the old heart of Bozen. Tremendously busy at all times, by locals and tourists alike. The service is absolutely spotless, and the food the ideal combination of German gutbürgerlich and Italian classic, ideal for Südtirol.
All beers of the brewery obviously available, if some are seasonal only, and there are some guests, mainly Belgian. In weekends, reservation is advised.

Draught Huge white head, stable, over orangeish golden beer leaving lacerings. CO², pale malts, bit of white pepper, bananapeel, hint of ureum. Very fresh, and loads of pale malts, greenery, bit of milkripe grain. Light body, medium to well-carbonated. Very nice light lager. Txs to Bobo!

22|23 Edition Huge, towering, lightly yellowish head over orange-golden beer. Dry, horseblanket lambic nose with crabapples, straw, and some aldehyde-like sidenote. Sulphur. Straw, horseblanket, green apples, appleester and appleskins; further fruity resins, lactic acid. Bit tarry, faintly smoked in the finish. Ultra dry. Very well-carbonated and wheatslick. Acidity held in check! Excellent gueuze. 3 Fonteinen + De Cam, can't go wrong, I suppose. Txs to Stef!
