Biruski Profile - Brewver (Dev)

Cloudy golden with a white head. Bread dough, spice, rustic notes, cracked pepper, grassy with light floral notes. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Finish is dry with a spicy pepper bite to it. Full flavored. Very nice.

Pale yellow with a white head that fizzles quickly off. Grassy, perfume, light tropical fruits. Medium bodied. finish is semi-dry and bitter. It’s an interesting one, for sure. hard to pin down. Enjoyable but maybe a bit heavy-handed with the perfume bits.

Clear, pale golden with a white head. Pale, toasted malts, a touch of grain, light sweet fruit note, grassy hops. Very bright throughout. Medium bodied. Finish has a nice zesty pop. Really nice landbier!

Black with a very dark head that fizzles off quickly. Dark malts, chocolate, licorice, earth, a bit of oats, vanilla. Full, slick body. Finish has sweetness, booze, vanilla and licorice. Decent.

Amber/orange with a tan head. Toasted malts, caramel, grassy hops, a hint of fruit, mineral. Medium bodied. Finish is very nicely bitter. Simple yet tasty.

Clear gold with a white head. Pine with candied tropical citrus, pale malts, a hint of malt sweetness, touch of floral in the back. Medium, fizzy body. Finish has a light sweetness to it without being sugary, fruity, and a bit of dank. Refreshing and bright.

Black with a light beige head. Big sweet notes throughout. Maple, vanilla, nutty, chocolate, deeply toasted malt, light roasted coffee beans. Full, slick body. Very sweet finish. This is a fun beer but best shared with a couple others because the sweetness overwhelms.
