Biruski Profile

Hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Medium bodied. Citrus, candied tropical fruit, melon along with lightly sweet grain. Finish is light tropical fruit juice. A nicely balanced beer.

Clear gold with a tall white head. Notes of toasted malt, earthy hops, light zesty citrus. Medium bodied. Very solid German Pils. Nice.

Cloudy orange with a white head. Notes of citrus, resin, sweet cracker malt, light honey. Medium bodied. This has the hallmarks of a NEIPA but almost feels twisted up with a WCIPA. Almost. Minimal bitterness. A very solid brew.

Opaque yellow with a white head. Tropical fruits, a bit of citrus. Bot of a fruity, tangy finish. Full bodied. Decent hazy.

A bit cloudy copper with white head. Big notes of sweet toasted malt, citrus, a bit of pine. Skews sweet and nice bitterness. The flavor has goodness, but the malt profile is a bit too heavy handed for me. Full bodied. Very old school, which I appreciate.

Clear pale copper with a white head. Nice zesty citrus, toasted malts, resin bits. Medium bodied. Finish has a good dank note and solid bitterness. A nice take on the WCIPA.
