Biruski Profile

Fully cloudy golden with a tall, fizzy white head that fizzles fast. Thin bodied. Bright notes with citrus, tropical fruit, and orange. Snappy carbonation in the finish. Solid beer for the low abv.

Dark with a creamy tan head. Roasted, coffee, cocoa, wort, light vanilla. Full body. Very solid.

Dark brown with a creamy, thin tan head. Watery body. Sweeter side. Roasted malt, light cocoa, a touch of citrus. Not in the upper echelon of the style.

Deep copper with a firm off white head. Very fruity, malt driven. Not much of an ipa. Can’t tell if this is how it’s supposed to be or if the keg is off but it’s not worth another try.

Near black with a tan nitro head. Earth, caramel, some bright hops, light malt. Medium bodied. Decent.
