Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. A translucent deep orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is sharp tangy lemon juice, urinal cake, lime sour earthy grains. Flavour is composed of tangy sharp lemon, lime, salty. Mixed citrus lemon. Refreshing and tart, super citrus, pinch of acid, passion fruit. Palate is super sharp, tangy, mellow carbonation. Nice.

Aroma is lovely big dark chocolate, praline hazelnut, with warming boozy bourbon, vanilla, oak. Maybe a little vinous completely on the nose. Flavour is composed of intense dark chocolate, bourbon, dark berries, vanilla sweetness, marshmallow,. Nice balance between the bitter roast dark chocolate and sweetness. Palate is lush and rounded, thicc, fine carbonation. Some jammy fruits lingering.
