I don't really tick much nowadays. Still enjoy a decent beer just as much, along with the community that Ratebeer originally built.

I've not moved to that popular app and never will - It's become a monopoly which is having too much influence on today's craft beer scene.

Well, this place is something else..

It’s located right opposite a main entrance to the cruise ship area and that alone speaks volumes.

Sadly, volume is certainly a thing here. Excruciatingly loud volume I mean. A singer covering the obvious songs to get cruise passengers singing along, dancing and drunk.

It’s not a place to enjoy a quiet beer. Pro tip for miserable bastards that simply want to enjoy the beers without all the rest - you can go upstairs and there’s a balcony area which is nowhere near as loud!

Prices are high - 20 USD for a flight of 4 or 13.75 for a pint. But of course that’s to be expected this close to the cruise ships.

The beer is ok. I expected worse. The IPAs were nice enough though. Nothing special, but nice enough.

Service is nice, helpful and friendly. Nothing to fault on that front.

Take note that it closes early. 4pm latest at the time that I’m here. Google Maps says 6pm but don’t trust that. It’s all about the cruise ship customers.

Basically it’s really not worth it. Rip Ty’d is much better. But you’ll come here and tick anyway. Of course you will. Just like I did, and the beer need before me 🙂
