I don't really tick much nowadays. Still enjoy a decent beer just as much, along with the community that Ratebeer originally built. I've not moved to that popular app and never will - It's become a monopoly which is having too much influence on today's craft beer scene.

Definitely the place to go if you want a decent beer in town! They’ve got quite a nice varied selection of regular and special brews with a happy hour deal where you get a pint for the price of a half. Certainly lively when the sport was on, but friendly too!

A great little place which is a combination of beer shop and bar. There’s a small selection of seats downstairs in the shop area then a bigger area upstairs. All very nicely done. Beer selection is solid, with a good amount of local beers though slightly less than V&B close by. However it’s still solid so don’t disregard it for local beers based on what I say next. International selection has some great stuff with varied modern craft styles from some great EU breweries. It’s a popular local craft beer hangout, but English speaking is limited.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5

Hazy darker orange with an off white head. Damn this smells totally of weed. “Dank” as they say. Pretty nice though, with malt and fruit coming out after the weed onslaught.

Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of herbal hops and fruits. Medium bodied with above moderate carbonation.
