Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Dark cola brown. Decent super sticky beige foam. Nose has light bitter cocoa rich chocolate. Coconut shavings. Whiff of coffee forward malts. Taste has some sweetness up front and is dry and earthy, ashy and bitter. Good body with foamy carbonation. Bitter finish.

Bottle. Mitchell’s Wines. Hazy straw colour. Slim messy lasting semi lacing white foam. Nose has pale dry malts. Peach skin. Some citrus. Some grassy notes. Taste is light bitter and light dry. Easy going on the palate with fine brisk carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Solid enough. Good bright bitterness.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Hazed straw colour. Decent white foam stays the course (which is fairly unusual for a TP beer). Nose has fresh squeezed pink grapefruit. Tangerine. Bready malt backdrop. Taste is sweet for an instant with a nice citrus peel bitterness. Foamy and refreshing throughout. Nice bitterness to finish. Fruit forward easy drinking logger. Probably be happy to do a half gallon of this down the taproom. In fact, I just might.

Bottle via the online shop. Murky dark cola brown. Decent off white beige foam. Nose has tangy vine fruit. Oak. Dark hedgerow berry. Leather. Taste is semi sweet with a big tangy vinous fruitiness. Full body with easy drinkability. High-ish carbonation slightly spoils the vibe but all said this is like an Oerbier Special Reserva but UK style. Class.

Bottle. Gift from the missus. Bier Huis Ossett. Nearly purple. No head. Nicely juicy sweet red grape. Grape skin tannins. Nicely leathery funk. Taste is tart juicy and tannic. Clean and easy at the 8%. Juicy grapes to finish. Not too complex but very smashable.

Can via the online shop. Milky pale gold. Slim sticky white foam. Milky and green up front. Pineapple and pink grapefruit if you look hard enough. Taste has astringent bitterness with little else by way of balance. Raw and dry. Nope.
