Can via the website shop. Nearly black. Slim super sticky, lasting beige foam. Nose has dark chocolate. Vanilla milkshake. Big coffee vibes. Class here. Taste is semi sweet with a tangy vinous bitterness. Nice depth at the relatively lowly ABV. Slick and smooth. Bitterness on the finish. Nice one.

Can via the online shop. Nearly black. Slim super sticky lasting tan swede. Looks boss. Nose has vinous tangy coffee malt. Dark chocolate caramel. Taste is similarly tangy and vinous. Plenty bitter. Drinks easy throughout. Tangy vibe keeps going. Big bitterness to finish. Tasty no nonsense adjunct free boss bev.

Bottle via the online shop. Looks awesome. Hazed deep orange with a thick white foam doing the business until the last drop. Nose is oaky and bretty with loads of fresh aromatic hop leaf. Drinks like pop. But then again it would do.

Bottle via the online shop. Hazed deep orange. Slim dense semi lacing white foam. Nose has wheat. Some woody notes akin to grape stalk. Something hard to get but it’s like a struck match but not. Maybe it’s the spicebush berries. No idea what they are tbh. Some salinity underneath. Taste is tart and dry. Fairly acidic overall although it’s not tooth stripping. Tart dry fruity finish. Well, it’s definitely different. Not sure I’d give it a go again but then again it’s not made to be a session bev.

Can via the online shop. Hazed dark yellow gold. Decent white swirl stays the course. Nose has pineapple and ripe orange. Bit of sweet lemon sorbet. Malts are creamy but not overly so. Taste stays right side of creamy sweet with a fair tangy zesty bitterness. Solid body with brisk fizz. Goes down easy. Refreshingly bitter finish. Good. One of the best of the 14 or so I bought

Bottle. Beer Stop Dronfield. Mostly clear straw colour. Solid Kernel swede. Literally no one does a swede like Kernel. Nose has wheat. Oats. Yeast. Whiff of twangy hop. Taste is dry and lightly bitter. Touch of funk. Dry light bitter finish.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Hazed glowing orange. Fairly decent bright white froth. Tinned peaches. Citrusy hop. Bit of a vanilla thing, which is nice. Maybe that’s me conjuring up peaches and cream on a Sunday teatime. Whatever it smells nice. Taste is fairly dry with a moderate pithy bitterness. Light body verges on watery. High-ish fizz. Watery thin finish. Smells great but tails off significantly thereafter.

375ml bottle via the online shop. 2025 version at 6.4%. Hazed pale gold. Slim white foam. Nose has loads of fruit to the point you’d think it was fruited. Peach and a ton of mango. Bit of ripe strawberry. Some vanilla. Impressive yeast character here. Taste has some significant sweetness turning light tart and light bitter. Very easy drinking with a whisper of acidity. Fruity juicy finish. Class.
