750 ml clear bottle, as Gullmunn Cidre Brut Naturelle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.5%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma of apples, apple skin and apple cores, hints of newmown grass and sulphites. Crisp and slightly acidic flavour, notes of apples. Good on its own, even better with food.

330 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. Black colour, small head. Aroma of cake dough, peanut butter, chocolate and caramel. Sweet flavour with the same elements. A typical dessert beer.

500 ml can, as Birra Corelli Lager, from Bunnpris Jørpeland. ABV is 4.5%. Clear golden colour, moderate to small white head. Sweetish aroma of grass, flowers and pilsener malts. Fairly bland flavour, but not too sweet. Low bitterness. Drinkable.

330 ml can, as Sure Marte Mandarin & Julekrydder Fruktig Surøl, from Vinmonopolet Stavanger Tasta. ABV is 6.5%. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma of tangerine, nutmeg, cinnamon, anise and vanilla. Medium sour flavour with the same elements, also lactic acid.

330 ml can, as Rygr Sure Sofie Slåpetorn Fruktig Surøl, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Cloudy / murky purple colour, moderate off-white to pink head. Distinct aroma of sloe and lactic acid. Medium sour and not very sweet flavour of sloe and lactic acid.

375 ml dark slimline bottle, from Vinmonopolet; nettbutikken. Pink-ish to orange to deep golden colour, no carbonation. Strong aroma of concentrated apple juice / cider. Very sweet and intense flavour of concentrated apple juice / cider. In a blind test I would surely have guessed that this was an ice cider around 9% ABV.

330 ml can, as Rygr Sure Juliane Røde Bær & Krydder Fruktig Surøl, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 6.5%. Moderately hazy pink to red colour, some floaties, moderate to small off-white head. Aroma of raspberries and vanilla, hints of strawberries and spices. Sweet and refreshing flavour with the same elements, moderately sour with some lactic acid.

330 ml can, from Bunnpris Jørpeland. ABV is 4.7%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Floral and grassy aroma, hints of honey. Nice flavour of pilsener malts, hints of citrus and honey, herbal bittering hops in the finish.
