On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy pale straw colour, white head. Aroma of fruity hops, fairly subtle. Refreshing flavour, citrus and pale fruits, pine needles. Moderate but noticeable bitterness in the finish.

750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderately sparkling. Moderate aroma of fermented apple juice. Lovely and medium sweet flavour of partially fermented apple juice.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, as Les Trois Mousquetaires Hors Série Sour Abricot, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Moderately hazy orange colour, moderate white head. Aroma of farmhouse / farmhouse kitchen / brettanomyces, also fresh and dried apricots and oak. Medium dry and sour flavour of brettanomyces and lactic acid, also distinct oak and dried apricots.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger, as Budvar Fresh Hop. ABV is 5%. Golden colour, white head. The aroma has a nice presence of fresh Zatec / Saaz hops. Fresh hops indeed in the flavour too, pleasant and easy to drink.

750 ml corked & caged bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 7.8%. Slightly hazy deep golden to amber colour, large and lasting white head. Distinct aroma of farmhouse / farmhouse kitchen / brettanomyces and oak, a hint of ripe pears / perry. Medium dry and sour flavour of brettanomyces and oak, hints of perry.

330 ml can, from the brewery. ABV is 6.3%. Nearly clear golden colour, moderate to small white head. Sweetish aroma of stewed fruits and spicy Belgian saison yeast, hints of piney American hops. In the flavour the piney American hops are dominant, with a fairly bitter finish. Not too sweet. Nice enough.
