Bouteille 50cl, merci Tim. BB 02/2026, batch# L2148.
Malgré cette date de BB, cette bière reste encore très plaisante.
Couleur dorée, col blanc fin tenace.
Arôme est sur un bouquet floral, finement malté, herbes en infusion et ici encore, ce côté chamomille.
Palais est plaisant sur le malté finement toasté - tirant sur qcq céréales. Pointe florale avec des notes de chamomille - honeydew, infusion de thé, pointe fruitée. Effervescence reste bien dosée.
Malgré cette date de BB, cette bière reste encore très plaisante.

I believe that it is a classical German lager, close to a Dortmunder helles, malty, there is a side really metalic, some hop, correct, 26.03.17, drinking it at Bonfol, buying it at Freiburg am Breisgau

Bottle. Clear deep golden, offwhite cream. Sweet malty nose. Medium full body, chewy, sweet sugary, honeyish entry. Ok broad flowery and grassy hop counterpoint, herbal grassy bitterness. Ended a lot more well balanced than I expected, quite nice actually.

Bottle, shared after a long day of adventure. Clear deep golden. Late summer, hay, grainy, sweetness. Front heavy sweetness, but then it gets saved by bubblegum, oily malt, metallic. Not completely undrinkable.

Clear gold orange beer, small creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of ripe to overripe banana, a bit malty, grains, not much else. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, malty, grains, lots of caramel, hoppy, banana peel, a bit sweet, somewhat metallic. Aftertaste: hoppy, bitter, malty, grains, banana, hay, honey, a little oxidized, good bitterness, some citrus.

# 3851; 9/2023. Alc. 5,4 %. Malty and floral aroma, yeasty. Brilliant gold body; white head. Malty, herbal, almond. Not great, not terrible... Something between zwickl (landbier) and international lager... 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Donaueschingen (Baden, Germany).

12 September 2020. At Zum Lamm, Ettenheim. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden with a lasting, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of clay, wet earth, margarine, apple peel, wheat, cereal, breadcrust, white pepper. Taste has sweetish maltiness of apple, pear, cereal & breadcrust, wheaty sour accent, a bit spicy with a yeasty backbone. Bit floral hoppy finish, lingering cereally maltiness with hints of butter throughout. Light body, slick texture, lively carbonation. So-so but there's something funky about it that I don't dislike.

Golden color. Malty, almost vinous aroma. Malty flavor with apple and a distant earthy hoppiness. Apple aftertaste. Seems tasty at first, but disappoints in the end.
