I believe that it is a classical German lager, close to a Dortmunder helles, malty, there is a side really metalic, some hop, correct, 26.03.17, drinking it at Bonfol, buying it at Freiburg am Breisgau

Bottle. Clear deep golden, offwhite cream. Sweet malty nose. Medium full body, chewy, sweet sugary, honeyish entry. Ok broad flowery and grassy hop counterpoint, herbal grassy bitterness. Ended a lot more well balanced than I expected, quite nice actually.

Bottle, shared after a long day of adventure. Clear deep golden. Late summer, hay, grainy, sweetness. Front heavy sweetness, but then it gets saved by bubblegum, oily malt, metallic. Not completely undrinkable.

500ml bottle, pours golden with a white head. Aromas & tastes of apple, pear, flora, cereal, pepper & yeast. Medium body. Light bitter finish

# 3851; 9/2023. Alc. 5,4 %. Malty and floral aroma, yeasty. Brilliant gold body; white head. Malty, herbal, almond. Not great, not terrible... Something between zwickl (landbier) and international lager... 0,5 l, bottle, supermarket, Donaueschingen (Baden, Germany).

12 September 2020. At Zum Lamm, Ettenheim. Shared with the lovely Anke! Clear golden with a lasting, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of clay, wet earth, margarine, apple peel, wheat, cereal, breadcrust, white pepper. Taste has sweetish maltiness of apple, pear, cereal & breadcrust, wheaty sour accent, a bit spicy with a yeasty backbone. Bit floral hoppy finish, lingering cereally maltiness with hints of butter throughout. Light body, slick texture, lively carbonation. So-so but there's something funky about it that I don't dislike.

Golden color. Malty, almost vinous aroma. Malty flavor with apple and a distant earthy hoppiness. Apple aftertaste. Seems tasty at first, but disappoints in the end.

Tap at Schwarzer Kater in Freiburg. Pretty, glowing deep golden to orange color. Malty, bready nose, rather plain. Bland malt flavor, light spicy hops. Nothing wrong, just pretty boring.

Donkergeel bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en licht zoet met een vleugje ananas. Best wel een goed biertje.
