12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a very dark brown color with a thick tan head and good retention. Spots of lacing. Dominant peanut butter aroma. As expected, it tastes like their Sweet Baby Jesus with some added coffee. More coffee flavor than the aroma suggested, but it blends well with the peanut butter. Medium body with a creamy mouthfeel. Dark chocolate bitterness, but not hoppy. Not too sweet. Pretty good.

Bottle pour from BevMax, Hamden. Appearance is opaque black with no sparkle, finger-width foamy beige head with poor retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is mix of roasted malt and coffee and late hint of peanut butter. Taste is strong roasted coffee, slightly ashy, with much milder peanut butter and hint(?) of chocolate. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, perhaps the espresso really killed the chocolate peanut butter quality but not well balanced between the espresso addition and the base porter. Not bad but disappointing given the description.

12 oz. bottle in a trade with tfontana. Thanks for the opportunity. No date coding anywhere on the bottle. Pitch black appearance. Aroma has soft coffee, mild roast. Flavor has a decent roasted malt with soft roasted coffee. I can’t find the peanut butter anywhere. Body are texture are normal. Was hoping for the peanut butter someplace.

Bottle. A- Nutty, dry, cocoa. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, light brown head. T- Nutty, cocoa, roasty, mild char, slightly bitter coffee grounds. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, dry finish. O- Get the peanut butter, the chocolate, and the espresso. Combined it makes for a nutty, roasty, and dry beer. It's okay but I would like some more sweetness.

Thin, with muted espresso notes backed by a pronounced peanut butter base and a berry-dusted, watery finish. Eh.

12oz bottle. Poured a dark brown color, with a medium sized tan head. Aroma was some peanuts, with plenty of chocolate notes and a blast of espresso from start to finish. Flavor had dusty peanuts and mocha chocolate. Not sure if I like it more than the regular Sweet Baby Jesus, but it's a pretty decent mix of peanut and coffee, if you can believe it.

Peanut butter, chocolate, graham malt and dry hay aroma (Nutty Buddy). Black with moderate brown head. Moderately sweet peanut butter and chocolate malt, and mildly bitter dry hay flavor. Good body and balance. Delicious.
