500ml bottle. Minimally milky, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Pale malty and yeasty aroma, covering a range from doughy via spicy to tart-ish, scratching the edge to straw and brine. Taste is minimally sweet pale malty, yeasty doughy, minimally biscuity, hay and straw overtones. minimally tart-ish undertones, hints of brine and pickle juice, a fruity touch of mirabelle and nectarine. Quite complex, well balanced, all flavours come along in rather mild, cautious and subtle fashion. Outstanding.

(Bottle share with Martinus - Thanks!) Pours a very hazy beige/white. The nose smells of boiled cabbage or over-fermented tofu/beancurd. The palate showed round sweet malts but not much else.
