Christmas bottle from Fin&Loz, thank you so much guys! Light hazy deep golden, rocky big white head. Dry spice aroma - coriander, bergamot, dry fruit, light funk. Medium body, dry, a bit fizz, herbal hop notes, light salt and clay from the yeast. Not sure I can distinguish the black pear from the other fruit notes, but it is a lovely, very drinkable dry spicy and fruity “triplish” saison.

Bottle for Christmas, thanks Fin and Loz! Amber golden, strong white head. Funky, bretty, yeast, pear, herbal. Soft, mellow, surprisingly tame mouthfeel, with pear and pear rind coming later; some good edge, warm and strong booze. Still quite drinkable.

75cl bottle at tasting, thx VastActiv!
Poured light golden in color with a white head.
Lovely pear nose, light funky, somewhat sour with more sweet pear flavors. High carbonation. Long finish. Lovely.

Funky, carbonated, spicy and tartish with some ripeish fruits, bergamot, hints of pear and yeasty earthiness. Okay fruity and spicy tripel

On tap in the company of Mum and Keith, Monday 20th October 2025. Pours warm gold edging towards light/mid amber, large white head, lovely bitterness, spicy with a nice peppery touch, yeastiness following, this is very nice, super more'ish', in fact despite the fact that there's a bounty of beers that are likely new to me I had two of these.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, stable white head. Aroma: Malty, spicy, black tea, fruity hints. Taste: Smooth, malty, over medium body. Spicy notes, black tea, yeast, peppery hints. Subtle fruity notes of the black pear. Moderate to over moderate sweet, moderate bitterness, very light sourness. Nice.
