Whoa...... This was rushed. A butter diacetyl mess. Musty, buttery grains, yuck.

Another solid King offering. Copper pour, Bready aroma, grassy hops. Nothing wrong with this. A good quality beer, but really nothing to rave about.

On tap at WVRST - part of a tasting set. Also had it on tap at beer bistro in the same night. A ruby amber pour with a solid malty aroma. The taste is bready caramel and pretty smooth. Alright.

This lager poured a nice medium amber colour with a off white, smooth head. Scents include ripe fruit, malt, tea and hops. First taste was nice and smooth. Quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavours of light raisin (or other ripened fruit?), bread and a tiny bit of smoke. Finish is really nice with a light bitterness and hop/malt flavor lingering.

Bouteille 341ml.

Bottle: Poured a light clear copper color Vienna with a medium foamy head with good carbonation and some light lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt with light caramel malt is good. Taste is dominated by light dry caramel malt with light gain notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing really special here.

Pours an amber colour with an off-white head that stays a while and gives out a little lace. Perfumy nose with some caramel malts and light roasted one. Nice sweetness in the taste, but not overly, well-balanced with some fruity and caramel malts, very mild hops and hints of grain and vanilla. I really enjoyed this one a few months back (purchased in a 6-pack), but not sure about the one I am having tonight (from the discovery pack). Maybe it is what I ate, but I know I would get some more of this. A good vienna.

A orange amber lager with a thin off white head. In aroma, sweet nutty malt with light mineral notes. In mouth, a smooth light lager with grainy notes, watery and boring. Bottle at National Capital Craft Beer Festival, August 18, 2012.

Pours a deep amber. Taste has a little perfume - the faintest hint but there is something there. On tap at beervbistro.
