This progressive variation of Fort Point Pale Ale spotlights Enigma; a dynamic hop recently developed and cultivated in Australia. Engaging aromas of melon and stone fruit converge on the nose with an intriguing herbal essence in the backdrop. Ripe cantaloupe advances to the palate giving way to complementing flavors of light tropical fruit, blood orange, and a hint of spice. Enigma Dry Hopped Fort Point is medium in body with the distinctively mellow bitterness, gentle mouthfeel, and dry finish of our signature pale ale.

Pours a hazy dark amber from a can. Big dank aroma along with some orange and onion. Flavor quite similar, slightly sweet. Pretty good beer.

Pours a hazy, orange-yellow, with minimal head. Aroma includes some grassiness, a touch of onion, a bit of citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is quite bitter, a little peppery, with onion, some citrus and tropical fruit that are quite muted for a Trillium beer. Bitter finish. Not as smooth or sweet as some Trillium pale ales. Still a well-made beer by any hallmark.

Pretty cloudy orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, unstable, falls down quickly, little adhesive. Aroma: pretty fruity, mango, pineapple, citrus notes, nice stuff going on here! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet malts up front, citrus, pretty fruity, soft bitterness, rather dry, bit resinous. Aftertaste: some citrus, fruity, sweet malts, pineapple, soft bitterness in the finish. Delish!

Hackney Bottleshare. Big thanks to Leighton for the can. Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine crispness. Light creamy sweet malts. Perfumey hop spice. Light citric hop with slightly muted tropical fruits. Light and mildly spicy finish. Considering this followed 6 heavyweight DIPAs - it's holding its own very well.

Can at Leighton's - big thanks to the host! It pours cloudy yellow - gold with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, fresh, bright, bready malts, mango, apricot, peach, candy and tangy orange marmalade. The taste is soft, sweet, restrained bitterness, juicy, creamy, apricot, peach, melon, pine dust, cracker and a touch of spice with a smooth finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Very well rounded and eminently drinkable stuff.

Can shared in Hackney - pours unclear gold with a frothy, white head. Nice aroma, with fresh citrus fruits, melon, a little cat pee, pithy grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavour with nice pithy citrus character, more grapefruit, peach and melon, mild rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Well balanced finish, with more pith and piss, low bitterness. Nice white peach no white grape. Wonderful.
