12oz bottle from Pick’s poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark gold with about a finger of white head. Very light aroma of caramel. Taste is lightly bitter. A little caramel and a little hops. Light bodied with a thin texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Overall, it’s not awful. Good lawnmower beer or a decent intro to craft, just like everything else I’ve had from Dundee.

Very pale brown with a smallish white head. Aroma and flavor are of lgithly sweet malts with some earthy hops. Very light flavor-wise. Nothing wrong with this but there isn’t much here and what is, is uninspired.

Hideous, yet, looks okay. How not to be overly snarky....The concept of Pale Bock Lager seems to be a very fancy way to make Michelob. (7/08)

Bottle. Pours a clear orange gold with a small creamy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is a corn malt and wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a bitter malt with bread and lingering finish. A decent heller from GBC.

Bottle: Poured an amber color ale with a medium size foamy head with average retention and not much lacing. Aroma of caramel malt is quiet simple though pleasant. Taste is dominated by balanced caramel malt with good sweetness level. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad though not much in terms of complexity.

Rackin up my Dundee rates. Yeah buddy. Orange-tan, respectable off white head. The aroma lets you know its bunk. Dirty, fake me out factory aroma. Disturbingly bad stuff. I don’t know how you would make a beer this bad intentually. Wow. Just gross, sweet and sticky sugars, with a malt liquor fruity brutality. Hurricane with a little more hops and a more interesting yeast. The scum of the beer universe.

Pours dark gold into a shaker. Off-white head quickly recedes to nothing. Sweet caramel and nut aromas. Thin with upfront caramel turning to a cloying sour malt and alcohol finish.

12 oz bottle purchased as a single at MDL Wine and Spirits in Overland Park, Kansas. Pour is a slight hazed golden orange with a well formed 2 inch off white head. Head falls slowly with nice lacing. Aroma of toasty honey sweet malt, grass, straw and a clean fruit element I can’t quite pin down. Taste loses quite a bit of the freshness and pleasantness of the nose, and turns more towards a slightly chemical cloying sweetness, with a hint of diacetyl and cardboard. As it warms, some of the toasty maltiness shows, saving it a bit. Palate is medium, mouth coating, long sweet finish. Not terribly clean.
