On tap at Craft Clerkenwell. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy amber orange gold. No head. Bit of funk on the aroma. Way too much sourness taste like salt and vinegar crisp. Too simplistic for me

Keg at CBC clerko Siren Maiden do. Cloudy pineapple juice appearance no head. Aroma is really nice floral lemon with earthy barnyard. Flavour is crisp lemon sharp light balanced sour . nice dry super dry finish. Some grassy notes. Lingering floral notes. Really well balanced.

Keg at DH Charlotte St. It pours cloudy gold with a thick, creamy white head. The nose is dough, barnyard, plenty of tropical fruit action..... Um Bungo, Five Alive, orange and tangerine. The taste is very sherbet-forward, orange, grapefruit, lime, dough, barnyard and hay with a dry, tart finish. Light-medium body, fine carbonation and foamy mouth-feel Only a touch of acidity. Hyper-drinkable, refreshingly delicious and eminently crushable. Great work.

Keg at Draft House Charlotte, 25/02/14. Lightly hazed yellow blonde with a moderate off white covering that retains well. Nose is straw, lemon rind, tarte apple, melon on the turn, tangerine. Taste comprises tartened citrics, bitter orange, light but noticeable hop profile, earthy tropical pangs, lemon dipped straw, melon, gooseberry. Light to medium bodiment, fine carbonation, crisp refreshing close. Solid ’Linner !

Draft House, Charlotte St. Keg. Cloudy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, dry and crisp. Minerals. Lightly tangy -sour orange and apple. Touch of lemon. Little brett and sherbet. Light crispy finish, semi dry. Pretty quaffable.

tap@Mikkeller Bar, Siren tap takeover - pours a slightly fuzzy golden/yellow colour with a medium white head. Fruity citrus aroma and taste, prominent sour lemon, lovely refreshing brew this. Great.

Keg at the Draft House - Charlotte Street, London. Pours cloudy, matte yellow with a thick, white foam head. Nice straight-ahead citric lemon nose. Light sweet flavor with assertive but quick lemon tartness and just a bit of salty lip-pucker. Light bodied with average carbonation. Super clean on the finish, very refreshing, with more short lemon tang. Ultra drinkable stuff.

Keg at Tapped, Leeds, West Yorkshire, Saturday 15th February 2014 Pours hazy wheaty/straw colour with thin white rim for a head. Sour and tart with an interesting if difficult to discern nose. Zippy, zappy and hugely refreshing this actually makes your mouth water and salivary glands really open up after each sip. Lovely. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.7
