A pale, sour fruit ale. All of the sourness in this beer is derived from the rasping acidity of the wonderful Gooseberry fruit. Super refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice sour gooseberry with a bit of acid, a light grass and just a hint of grain underlying. Flavor is similar with lots of gooseberries and light acid with grass and a hint of earthy grains.

0,33l bottle at home. Bottled 17.12.2015. BB 16.12.2016. yellow almost clear color, small white head. smells acidic, citric, lightly sour, some funk, light berry notes, nice smell. light to medium body, soft almost light carbonation, light mouthfeel. tastes acidic, citric, some funk, bit leathery, berry notes, light gooseberries, hints of sirup / light juice notes, bit herbal. finishes medium dry and lightly sour with notes of gooseberries, citric and funky notes. very nice one, I am usually not so much into hopped up sour beers, but this one has a great balance and retains a great drinkability.

On tap at Murphy’s Law. Pale orange with a white head. Smells like lemon zest, brett, armpit, sweaty saddle, citrus hops and subtle honey. Gooseberries in the taste, along with lemon zest and bitter brett notes. Dry, with a medium to light body and a bitter and light tart finish.
