Lynnbrook, named after our founder’s family farm, is a wild Berliner-Style Weisse with raspberries added, resulting in a very refreshing beer presenting with fuchsia color and an aroma reminiscent of picking tart red raspberries growing next to an old, abandoned barn, with the raspberry-lemon aroma giving way to hints of brie and barnyard funkiness. The flavor is absent of any hops or bitterness and instead has initial impression of subtle lemon and yogurt supported by tart, fresh raspberries and underlying lactic sourness. The beer’s dry finish helps cut through some sweetness from the fruit.

12 oz. can thanks to Willrunforbeer. Hazy pink or Amber. Aroma is sour wheat, salt and lactic acid.
Pretty good amount of raspberry funk. Lemon through the center. The mouthfeel is dry, acidic and salty. Very sour, overdone. Notes of vinegar or the raspberry is to tart. Meh.

can - Pours reddish pink and has an acidic aroma with raspberries and a little funk. It has a tart, raspberry rich flavor and a dry finish. Overall the full, fruity flavor and tartness work well together without being too puckering.

Can from Malt and Vine. Pours a light pinky copper with a slightly pink head. Smells like raspberries.Med minus body. Flavor is tart raspberry. Has that BW lemon type sourishness, but not mouth rendingly so. Nice.

10 oz goblet draft at Taste of Tops in Tempe, Arizona. The pour is a clear orange golden ruby with a smallish off white pinkish head. The aroma is funk raspberry along with a bit of citric sour. The taste is basement dirty funkiness with tart raspberry fruit, then a bit of the sharp citric sour to the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and the tart funk raspberry fruit finish. Solid.

On cask at Ashley’s Ann Arbor. Clear amber pour with a white head. Very acidic aroma with raspberry. Flavor is also very acidic, both lactic and citric, some raspberry tone, touch of dry wheat. Almost, but not quite, too acidic. Pretty good, though.

Slightly hazy pale salmon colour, dissipating white head. Aroma of raspberry, carrot, light white wine. Light sour flavour, carrot, raspberry. Sour fruity finish.

GABF 2015. Pink color, pink foam. some raspberry in the aroma and flavor is surprisingly sour, which i did not expect from the aroma that was much more mild with fruit. Great sour flavor and a light berry finish.

12 oz. can, pours a bright clear pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out light fresh raspberries, some wheat, and a touch of funk. Flavour is very refreshing, with fresh raspberries upfront, a touch of funk, wheat, and lactic notes. Very well-constructed, finishing with a medium tartness. Nothing overly special, but it's very solid.
