Corked and caged 750ml bottle. Hazy golden pour, big, pillowy white head. Aroma is very fruity, some apple, and pear, hints of citrus peel. Very yeasty, and big notes of what I’m guessing is malted wheat. Honestly it tastes of their Blanche de chambly wit with some pear added.

Bottle: Poured a hazy yellow to golden with white head. Aroma is fruity pears. Taste is soft pears very mellow with some grain. Refreshing and not overly fruity.

Characteristic Unibroue yeast. Coriander, some wheat. Sweet beer, but i am not getting pear at all. Some orange. Thick palate.

Huge notes of pear. Like pear juice meets beer. Real smooth. Yeasty nose.

This one poured a cloudy light yellow colour with a fizzy head. To the nose there are scents of banana bread, bubble gum, nutmeg, citrus and coconut. First swig was quite mellow in the carbonation dept. Flavours of Bartlett pears, apples cinnamon, nutmeg, bubble gum and vanilla. Finish is slightly sweet.

Glass, brown bottle, 750 ml, savoured on July 21 2015; eye: yellow with an orangey hue, lots of effervescence, sheet of white head that thins out rapidly, light lacing; nose: Belgian yeast, fruity, pear, bubble gum; mouth: Belgian yeast, fruity, pear, bubble gum, finale in pear with presence of bubble gum, ligh-medium body, rather carbonated, slick texture; overall: correct FRANÇAIS Verre, bouteille brune, 750 ml, 10 %, savourée le 21 juillet 2015; œil : jaune avec une teinte orangée, très effervescente, couverture de mousse blanche qui s’amincit rapidement, légère dentelle; nez : levure belge, fruitée, poire, gomme balloune; bouche : levure belge, fruitée, poire, gomme balloune, finale en poire avec présence de gomme balloune, corps léger-moyen, plutôt carbonatée, texture coulante; en résumé : correct
