Black pour. Thin tan foam around the rim. Chocolate, vanilla, charcoal, and coffee notes. Scattered lace around the glass.

From tap at Van Moll Fest 2022. Aroma is strong cocoa, caramel, roasted malt, milk chocolate, some vanilla. Mild to medium sweet, moderate bitter. Body is medium. Good.

(Draught at Beer Temple, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2022) Black colour with creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with milky coffee, vanilla, chocolate and hazelnuts. Malty, roasted taste with notes of chocolate, milky coffee, hazelnuts, nougat, toffee and a mild roasty bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. Rich and tasty sweet stout. Very nice.

Can. Pours dark. Vanilla fluff macchiato milk chocolate ice cream, backed by a nice roasted coffee backbone. Full and creamy, sweet, at the same time civilized, reserved. Not artificial, not loud. Beautifully balanced. Lovely. Very drinkable.

Can. Darkest brown, low brown head. Smoke, iodine, coffee nose. Medium body, fine sparkly, dry. Praline entry, pistachio/marzipan, dark chocolate, ganache/mousse, light candied orange. Dry smoke edge in the end. Pleasant actually.

Black. Aroma is pecan chocolate caramel vanilla, very pleasant. Taste is pecan chocolate some minerally stuff. Quite complex and very unartificial. Superb!

Can. Black color with eggshell head. Aroma is coffee, milk chocolate frappé, very nice. Taste is again good frappé, nice milk chocolate character, very tasty! Soft oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Beautiful!
