Can. Tessie Cohen purchase. Near clear amber beer, good bubbly cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, thin bodied really, a mild sweetness, touch of caramel. Ripe orange hops, enlivened by a lesser brighter citrus. A little citrus peel bitterness. Light cooling pine throughout. A tidy and drinkable West Coast dipa in the trad way, but quite light.

Can. Nose is resin, pine, melon, grape. Taste is bitter, grapefruit, lemon rind, vodka, alcohol, metallic.
Absolutely atrocious.
Edit: looking at the other reviews I must have a bad can.

Can at home picked up from Tesco supermarche. A clear burnt orange amber coloured pour with a lasting sticky loose white head. Aroma is semi sweet, sticky toffee, chewy pine, caramel, candied pine, some alcohol. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, singed pine tips, resinous pine, varnish, burnt toffee, alcohol bite. Little harsh alcohol. Decent boost level but a little harsh. Palate is semi sweet, resinous, tar, harsh alcohol, bitter. Moderate carbonation.

I don’t think this is bad at all. Has some nice gooey, resinous pine. Sun-baked malts. Semi-ripe citrus. Perfume accents. Full bodied. Lightly warming finish. Punchy but not heavy-handed. Pretty cohesive. Some decent lingering piney bitterness. Hits the right notes.
