Flavour is composed of prickly sour fruit, prunes, cherry, prickly sour, woodland fruit. Some wooden barrel staves. Palate is prickly sour, sharp, pinch of salt, moderate carbonation. Complex and well balanced for the style. But the flirting with acetic really is not for me in the style.
