This beer is a collaborative effort together with our good friends—and world class brewers—at Buxton Brewery (UK).
Yellow Belly—a person who is without courage, fortitude, or nerve; a coward.
To us, one of the most cowardly deeds is to act anonymously, hiding behind a group. A signifying trait of institutionalized racism.
This beer is brewed to celebrate all things new, open minded and progressive. A peanut butter biscuit stout with no biscuits, butter or nuts. Taste, enjoy, and don’t be prejudiced.

(Bottle) Dark brown colour, almost black, with brief head. Malty, roasty, vinous nose with chocolate truffles, vanilla, coconut, black coffee, liquorice, peanuts and dark bread. Malty, roasty, vinous, sweetish taste with notes of chocolate truffles, vanilla, coconut, black coffee, liquorice, dark bread, peanuts and a balanced cacao bitterness in a vinous/warming finish. Full body, sweet. Syrupy mouthfeel. So, it is sweet and quite artificial, but really rich and powerful. Great beer!

Bottle that I picked up many years ago. Consumed in the company of Ursula and Marko Saturday 19th July 2025 at the Mangled Ham tasting. Had this on numerous occasions it really is one of my favourite beers. Loz points out and she's right there is an orange flavour here that is picking up with age, Jaffa cakes she said and yeah she's bang on, the sweetness has definitely dropped off, it's a very interesting beer with a few years on it.

Bottle at the Mangled Fly tasting, ginormous thanks F&L! Very dark brown body, no head. And the aroma... oh man, oh MAN the aroma. Holy.... shit... huge peanut butter, layers of orange jelly, chocolate, some mild dust, definitely showing it's not entirely fresh. Sweetish, dryish taste - orange, vanilla, cocoa, huge peanut butter, some roasty bitterness, vague dusty oxidation, some mild alcohol burn. Light astringency by the finish, but thankfully no extra sweetness either. Oh man... bit past its peak and yet it developed in many an interesting way. It shows all its glory and its age. And still, I feel it deserves at least this much.

Bottle which I think is a ghost, final version 2019. Dark. Toffee, tonka, milk, cream, jaffa cake, orange, milk chocolate, softness, hazelnut. Edgy, jam, chocolate, coffee, milk, cream. Nose is nicely connected with the taste. Peanut butter mouthfeel, bit dusty, chalky. Not too sweet. Some warmth, depth. I like this.

Bottle from Stanislaus Brewskovitch, Zwolle. Aroma is roasted malt with chocolate, crème brûlée, vanilla, political correctness, hazelnut, biscuits, black antifa masks, pecan nuts, chocolate ice cream, soft notes of dark fruits, hopjes, chocolate candy bars, and lots of braindead virtue signalling. Flavour is quite sweet with a moderate to medium roasty bitterness. Body is full. Very good dessert Stout, though I've had more impressive from Omnipollo.
