750mL growler filled October 12, if I remember correctly, drunk 11/11/22. Hazy pale brass-golden, large, white head, moderate retention. Well, this is mosaic, love it or hate it. Not an oniony example but you can certainly extrapolate some without much difficulty. Thankfully the delicate pale malt and mineral rich yeast bolster it quite a bit. Soft, gentle, malty, well attenuated. Everything done excellently here, you just wish it was literally any other hop. But about as good as it gets for this sorry ass excuse for a hop. If only they could find a way to make a mosaic IPA without mosaic hops....

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy orangey/yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy and light tropical notes hoppy floral undertones. Taste is also a mix of citrusy and light tropical floral hoppy undertones with a dry finish. Body is pretty full with good carbonation. Enjoyable but dryer and less juicy than expected.

Can, by way of a trade with Leighton. Cheers boss. Opaque, pale gold. Fully lacing, thin, messy, white head. Nose has berry filled Mosaic goodness. Lots of blueberry and ripe strawberry. Some juicy gum. Super clean malts. Not super complex, but it is super fresh and bright. Taste is more bitter than the aroma suggests, with pithy, oily citrus dominating. Medium body. Fairly oily. Fine, crisp carbonation. Lingering bitterness to finish. Class.

Growler shared in Portland. Pours cloudy gold with a frothy, white head. Gorgeous aroma, melon and tangerine. Light to medium sweet flavour, soft and fruity, lovely citrus fruits, mild rindy bitterness. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Superbly balanced finish, more tangerine, some peach, grapefruit, melon. Outstanding.

Can thanks to Mike. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with medium creamy white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong onion, grass, melon, citrus. Slick body, citrus, pine, light resin, juicy, enjoyed this.
